The Health Care Provider Scholarship, sponsored by UCB, supports the attendance to the 29th Virtual Congress of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology for Specialists or Trainees in Dermatology and/or Venereology, along with Researchers practising and/or researching the following diseases (PsO, PsA, HS, and/or AD).

More than 1.000 scholarships are available and include:

  • Access to the live event
  • Networking areas: Meeting rooms and Lounges
  • On-demand content during and after the live Congress
  • Access to all content for 3 months
  • Access to e-posters
  • Access to the industry sessions (for HCP restricted content, only HCPs will have access)
  • Exhibition area (HCP only)

Mandatory criteria for scholarship application based on current profession status:

The criteria:

  • Countries: worldwide (except USA*). The grant distributed to EU participants must not exceed 50% of the total agreed grant.
  • Dermato-venereologists/residents/trainees/researchers practising and/or doing research on the following disease (PsO, PsA, HS and/or AD).
  • No age limit
  • MUST HAVE adequate knowledge of the English language to follow scientific discussions.

If several applicants meet all the criteria mentioned above, the EADV will give priority to those who are members of the EADV and/or apply the first come first serve principle.

A candidate applying for more than one scholarship can be selected only once within the same EADV Congress.

*The list of countries has been determined by the sponsor.

Documentation to be submitted (only documentation in English is accepted):

EADV Members:

  • Official letter in English from an institution or other, confirming your clinical practice or research around PsO, PsA, HS, and/or AD.

Non-EADV members:

Resident or Trainee in Dermatology and/or Venereology:

  • Up-to-date certificate indicating training in Dermatology and/or Venereology research around PsO, PsA, HS, and/or AD on official letter-headed paper, signed and stamped by your head of department.

Dermatovenereologists may provide one of the following:

  • Official letter in English from an institution or other, confirming your clinical practice or research around PsO, PsA, HS, and/or AD.
  • PLUS, ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
  • Certified English translation of your diploma stating you are a specialist in Dermatology and/or Venereology.
  • Official letter in English from your National Society certifying that you are a Specialist in Dermatology and/or Venereology.

Researchers accepted document:

  • Official letter in English from your institution or National Society confirming your clinical practice or research around PsO, PsA, HS, and/or AD.
  • PLUS, THE FOLLOWING:
  • Certified English translation of your diploma stating you are a specialist in Dermatology and/or Venereology.
